The Lake Ontario water has dropped a lot in the past week – 7cm in the last week and 20 cm's since the start of the month.

Not that that has really changed much:

• Bit more sand beach at Beach 1 and 2
• More shorebird habitat at the lake edge on Beach 3 and 4
• The Marsh Boardwalk Trail is still closed in the middle – while not really under water anymore a section of the boardwalk was damaged and needs to be fixed up before traffic is allowed back on it.
